VISION for cultural regeneration
 
  • Inject funds for renovation/restoration to create the possibility to open the place to the public.
  • Interest private stakeholders to invest in the renovation of the whole project, without allowing the fragmentation or sale of the objective.
     
 

REGENERATION CHALLENGE
 

Because of the legal issues that surrounded the property and the constant lawsuits over the past 10 years, there was little possibility to intervene and prevent the deterioration of the buildings. Thus the place turned from underused to basically derelict, and now it is going to be much harder, both from a financial and logistics point of views
