ART NOUVEAU2 - One-day workshop on ART NOUVEAU - TOPIC, SPACE, INTERPRETATION

RIPCM - Republic Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments (Beograd, Serbia)

 

One-day workshop on ART NOUVEAU - TOPIC, SPACE, INTERPRETATION was organized on Friday, December 10th 2021 at the Republic Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments in cooperation with the Center for History, Theory and Management of  Art ARTIS  within the international project ART NOUVEAU2 - Strengthening the cultural identity of the countries of the Danube region based on the common heritage of ART NOUVEAU.

     

     

The target audience of the workshop was primarily tourist guides and employees in tourist organizations, as well as professionals engaged in creating a tourist product based on art and cultural heritage. Every city in the Danube region has organized city tours, and the goal of this workshop was to educate tourist guides how to offer tourists and locals specialized tours visiting the most important buildings of the Art Nouveau era in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Subotica. The lecturer and moderator of the workshop was Tamara Ognjević, art historian, director of the ARTIS center, licensed tourist guide and program creator in cultural tourism.
