CityWalk - Photo competition: "Walk in my city"

The #Walk in my city PHOTO COMPETITION is open to anyone who spots a great photo opportunity showing a walk in his or her city.

Participate in the #Walk in my city photo competition for a chance to win a CD of famous music group. The photo competition is part of project CityWalk (approved by the Danube Transactional Program). The goal of the project is increasing the role of more sustainable forms of mobility in the urban transport mix, especially active transport forms – like walking and biking. THE RULES ARE SIMPLE:

How can you participate? Upload photos of your walk crossing the street in the “Abbey road style photo” in your city and submit it with a short description (2 to 3 sentences) explaining what walk in your city means to you. Please do not forget to mention the name of the city where the photo was taken! Each contestant can participate with the maximum of two photos.

You can submit the photo via:
- CityWalk Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/CityWalk.project) by sending them via Messenger or uploading it to your profile and tagging CityWalk page in the description (in this case please make sure that the published photo is set on ‘public’ so that we can share it!)
- email your photos to danilo.ceh@bistra.si.

We will upload all tagged/received photos to the contest photo gallery in CityWalk Facebook profile so that you can invite your friends to Like it. Three photos from three different persons with the highest number of Likes will win the CDs (The Beatles - Abbey Road).

The contest ends on 31st August 2017. We will announce the winners shortly afterwards.

CONDITIONS:

Your entry to the contest constitutes your agreement to allow your submitted photo (and your name and country of residence) to be published for the promotion of the EU project CityWalk (Danube Transnational Program) in any format and platform.

We reserve the right to refuse your contribution if it contains abusive content, hate speech or advertisement. Photos send anonymously or by fake profiles will not be accepted. If you can’t use Messenger to send your picture via Facebook, simply upload it and tag it or you can also submit it via email. One person can send maximum two pictures.

By entering, participants warrant that his or her entry materials are original, and do not infringe on any third party's rights. The partnership of project CityWalk will credit and acknowledge the copyright of the author of the photograph in all its publications.
