EcoInn Danube - First National Stakeholders' Meeting took place in Brno, Czech Republic

Brno University of Technology organized the First National Stakeholders` Meeting together within the Materials Research Centre, founded by the Faculty of Chemistry, Brno University of Technology.  The meeting took place at Materials Research Centre in Brno on 2nd of June 2017 at 09.00 h.

Members of research teams representing various research branches, university researchers as well as deputiesof technology companies (SMEs) active in the respective region took part in this event. Another group of Stakeholders was represented by several delegates of public foundations and interest associations as Czech Innovation Association, - Czech Chamber of Commerce, Use your talent Foundation, MateriO Prague Library – Innovation, Inspiration, Technology Transfer, SAMBA – place for inspiration, and others. As for big transnational companies, the main Czech energy supplier E.ON attended the meeting. 

The hosting institution Materials Research Centre provided the attendants with information about its research activities. Technology Transfer Office of BUT introduced the EcoInn Danube Project and promoted the expected project outputs as an opportunity for enhancing cooperation of innovation actors in the Danube Region. In the following inspiring discussion several important aspects of innovations and technology transfer and innovations were discussed.
