"Danube Delta National Institute for Research and Development", one of the project partners, is hosting in Tulcea the 25th International Symposium “Deltas and Wetlands”, an event that during the years has become increasingly significant for the region.

On the first day of the meeting, over 100 participants, representatives of national and local authorities, of environmental organisations and internationally renowned scientists and researchers were present at the presentation delivered by the GREEN DANUBE project manager, who introduced to the select audience the goals and the approach of the project consortium.
