Living Danube Limes - First Project Partner Meeting

13-01-2021

The first partner meeting of the international Living Danube Limes-project, co-financed by the European Union, took place online via ZOOM in December 2020.

The meeting was divided into two parts. Part one on December 10, 2020 was a management training held by our partner Budapest University of Technology and Economics and our sister project DANURB+. All aspects that are essential to keep the project going were explained there, i. e. the organizational framework, support tools, processes and the reporting in electronic Monitoring System.

On December 17, 2020 the second part of the meeting gathered over 40 participants from the Living Danube Limes partner countries. Project coordinator Anna Kaiser of Danube University Krems (DUK), Lead Partner of the project, opened the meeting. The first one and a half hours were dedicated to the states of progress in the different workpackages. After a short break the participants learnt more details about the reporting as well as the retention of documents and they were informed about the first year review and the monitoring visit by the Interreg DTP Joint Secretariat. Information on the schedule 2021 and a final discussion completed the meeting.
