DIGITRANS goes into the next round. The first method development workshop on 3 May 2017 at Herman Hollerith Zentrum in Böblingen connected theory and practice. Prof. Dieter Hertweck, responsible for the DIGITRANS method development, presented the first version of the DIGITRANS method to support SMEs in developing digital business models.
Relevant for the DIGITRANS method development are the results from the digital maturity report from the partner regions and interviews conducted with SME representatives in the 7 partner regions to address SMEs needs. During the workshop, different methods and creative ideas were developed and discussed to enable an easy access to the method for SMEs.
In a next step partners from Tirgu Mures (RO), Baden-Württemberg (DE) and Vienna (AT) will further elaborate the method framework and test it in the newly established incubation space at Herman Hollerith Zentrum with a real case on 18 July 2017.
