Development Agency of the Republic of Srpska (RARS) organized its first workshop within blended educational program:

Module 1: Why start over? Overcoming fears and heading towards success

RARS organized the first module on 21st of February 2020 in RARS premises. The workshop brought together 22 participants, a mix of second-chance entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs in crises and start-ups. The one day workshop ended with lot of interesting topics and lessons such as: 

• Source of the failure and learning from experience;
• Changing the mindset and entrepreneurial behavior;
• Strengthening competencies of an entrepreneur as a condition for an effective new start.

During the workshop entrepreneurs had the opportunity to connect and to learn from each other. Also, they had the opportunity to hear advices from successful entrepreneurs who went already through a business crisis and have started their businesses over again.
