Danube Energy+ - Tool Open Call Announced at the International Danube Energy+ Day

On the 28th of January 2020, the First International Danube Energy+ Day was held. The the event, a diverse group of speakers presented, including the following topics:

- The need for data science in energy;

- A comparison of hydrogen and electric cars;

- The state of innovation in the Danube region - cross-country comparison;

- others.

The event was opened by the Lord Mayor of Karlsruhe, who talked about the need of a transition of the energy sector and the importance of innovation and technical advancements for this transition.

The highlight of the event was the official launch of the Open Call for the Danube Enegy+ Tool. Until the 28th of February, Young Innovators under the age of 35 will be able to apply for the Danube Energy+ Tool.
