A while back, on 15th November 2018, we attended the National participation day of the Danube Region event, that took place in Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

The event consisted of presentations of Danube Transnational Programme projects, that are happening in Slovenia, with the biggest focus on project presentations and networking activities, with the purpose of finding possible opportunities for capitalization activities among the projects.

Our project manager, Urška Dolinar, was the one to attend this event and represent the Amazon of Europe Bike Trail project. 

"National Participation Days are regular (annual) meetings of actively involved, interested or potential stakeholders of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region at national or regional level. The National Participation Day specifically addresses civil society organisations and networks, local actors including academia, public authorities at local and regional level as well as national institutions and experts active in the EUSDR institutions (e.g. members of Priority Area Working Groups, Priority Area Coordinators, National Coordinators)."
