ENERGY BARGE - Project presentation at the conference "Green towns, livable locality"

On 21 November 2018, MAHART-Freeport Ltd. attended the Green towns, livable locality conference in Visegrád, Hungary, which was organised by the Association of Environmental Enterprises.
Examples and developmental solutions for the configuration and operation of livable and sustainably developing towns were presented at the meeting, which can contribute at least partly to make the living and working conditions better and simpler for the residents of a town. The participants learned about difficulties and challenges arising in connection with the design of a livable urban environment. Among the presenters were key players from both the public and private sectors involved in environmental protection and sustainable development.

On behalf of MAHART-Freeport Ltd., the external expert Mr. László Bús presented the ENERGY BARGE project, its objectives and contributors, as well as the results achieved so far.
The presentation about ENERGY BARGE was the only lecture dealing with the subject of biomass production, utilisation and transportation with regard to sustainable development and the achievement of the EU climate targets.
