Our official public kick-off event happened on 9th November 2018 in Velika Polana, Slovenia, as a part of our joint event with coop MDD, another DTP project. 

On Friday, the programme began with coop MDD plenary session, called "Development opportunities in Biosphere reserve Mura", where we listened to several presentations: 

- Slovenian Tourist Board: "Green scheme of Slovenian Tourism" 

- Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for Nature Conservation: "Nature protection and development"

- Urška Dolinar, Iskriva Institute for Development of Local Potentials: Amazon of Europe Bike Trail project presentation 

- Günther Mussing, Trail Angels: "Opportunities for Sustainable Tourism in Biosphere reserves"

Presentations were followed by a Mura development partnership meeting and a panel, titled "Models for cooperation in Biosphere reserves".

After that, we went outside, to celebrate our Symbolic Kick-Off!
