Amazon of Europe Bike Trail - AoE Bike Trail Reporting & Communication workshop in Koprivnica, Croatia

On Wednesday, 17th October 2018, a reporting and communication workshop for project partners took place at the Municipality of Koprivnica, Croatia. 

The meeting was divided into several sections: 

1.) Presentation of reporting procedures and eligible expenditures: The first session was led by Eva Batista, Iskriva and was divided into two thematic parts:
- Reporting procedures and preparation of Partner report where the topics of reporting procedures, deadlines for submission, structure of the report, crucial information for FLC and crucial information for Progress report were covered.
- Eligible expenditures and supporting documents where different types of eligible expenditures were presented and information on reporting by WPs and budget lines and necessary supporting documents were provided.
- Introduction of the eMS and Partner report preparation.

2.) Overview of activities in the first reporting period and practical work in eMS: (presented by Anja Krajnik, Iskriva)

3.) Presentation of planned Communication activities and expected partner input: The next session started with the presentation about Communication activities by Zarja Šinkovec, Iskriva, that covered the following topics:
- Protocol for providing project info to Communication manager;
- Instructions for organizing events;
- Capitalization activities (joint communication and cooperation with other Interreg projects);

All in all, the meeting was very productive and we are ready for the next steps in the project.
