24-10-2018
Hungarian project partners from RRI.HU - FelelÅ‘sségteljes Innováció Egyesület organised a local walking action, on 16. October in Szeged where 140 students participated in creating Szeged's biggest smile at the Dóm Square. The action of the students of the Szeged Kossuth Lajos Primary School students joined the SZTE GTK Smile Project and the City Walk "Smile on Your Town" initiative.

The event was designed to promote walking in the city. Groups of students were given maps of downtown Szeged with marked locations and statues they needed to find and discuss. At each location, they could find a description of their main features, history, the exploits and achievements of national heroes. They concluded the action with the creation of Szeged's biggest smile at Dóm Square.
The aim of the action was to get as many people as possible to smile as much as possible. And if you look closely at the photo you can see that not only the shape they make is smiling, the little ones all do it too.
You can also take a look at how the smile was created in this video.
