Last week, on 11th and 12th October 2018, our project WP leaders met in Zagreb at the WWF Adria offices, for a QMB methodological workshop. 

The aim of the workshop was to: 

- define the work flow and work plan, 

- define detailed methodology for each WP,

- review progress and plan future activities,

- plan the Public Kick-off event in Velika Polana (Slovenia) on 9th and 10th November 2018: the event will be organized jointly with coop MDD project and will be a part of a 4-day long special international event on regional cooperation in TBR MDD. Regional development agencies, municipalities and service providers from the whole Amazon of Europe are invited to participate at the event. 

-  plan the 2nd Steering Committee meeting, foreseen on 11.-13. December in the Somogy County.
 

We had two long and very productive days and we are excited to proceed with the planned work. We would also like to thank WWF Adria for being such good hosts. :)
