In order to complete the main goals set up in the project, a professional supporting scheme called Innovation Lab are launched in all countries in these months.

The Hungarian partner started the local Innovation Lab (IL) with a great opening event called „New Generation at Újbuda” in Budapest at the end of April. The whole programme attracted a number of young people during the day.

The opening event’s theme and structure reflected the whole project and of course the activities of the Lab. As it is thematised the same way, interested youth get lots of inspiration and ideas to create their own future in a self-sufficient way. The event priorities – all refer to the 15-29 years old target group were the following:

  • vocational orientation,
  • support to entrepreneurial and innovative interest and mindset
  • develop the new generation’s skills

Panel discussions, roundtables, and interactive talks were also parts of the programme with relevant professionals and well-known entrepreneurs as leading examples.

The portfolio of services in the IL is to be continued with the same kind of useful programmes and help to start the career of the youth. It strongly relates to youth entrepreneurship and youth skills improvement.
