DANUrB - Dracula and the Slovaks: How to reinvent the brand of the Danube region?

27-02-2018

Dear DANUrB Partners,

Hereby we would like to invite you to our workshop which is the part of the Danube Urban Brand project and supported by the International Visegrad Fund and the Slovak Academic and Information Agency as well. It tackles the current opportunities of heritage-based community development and cultural tourism. Can we speak about the reinventing of the multi-ethnic heritage of the Danube region? What role do NGOs and grassroot initiatives play in this field? How can Central Europe position itself in the era of global consumerism?

After the short presentation of István Kollai all the participants and organisations will be encouraged to bring up with comments
and ideas, and join the DANUrB team as associated stakeholders!

Venue: STU - Slovenská Technická Univerzita, Námestie Slobody 19, Bratislava
Time: 2 March 2018, Friday, 16.30
