CD SKILLS - Step by step to a gluten-free meal


We are proud to announce that a new publication “Step by step to a gluten free meal” was published in the frame of CD SKILLS pilot project activity in cooperation of Slovenian celiac disease society and Municipality of Maribor.

The main aim is to support and to educate the kitchen staff in schools, kindergartens, elderly homes, hospitals, restaurants and hotels and to make them aware that they can prepare a safe gluten-free meal for celiac disease patients at any time, using regular ingredients, always available in every kitchen. The main problem is cross-contamination, which can be avoided by using our instructions and recipes as a “first aid” until they become “true gluten-free professionals”.
