Project partners recently started exchange visits in all 7 countries. The objective of this programme (project element) is to get familiar with each other’s good practices. local initiatives and experiences related to youth entrepreneurship and youth skills improvement.

The first peer review meeting took place in Serbia in October: in Novi Sad and in Belgrade. The two visitor partners were Local Government of District 11 (Újbuda) of Budapest from Hungary and North-West Regional Development Agency from Romania.

The two-day-long event’s focus was on multifunctional places maintained by youth organizations. The different types of spaces serve different aims, they are used as coworking offices, conference halls and community places.

Complex programmes of these organizations were introduced. The in-depth insights presented their allocated activities and besides collected the positive and negative experiences as a lesson for the future.

The heads and operators of these programmes concentrated on practical advices reffering to the following:

- how to build tech or mixed professional community

- how the business model they had improved look like

- what kind of successful trainings, education events, mentorships do they have

During the meetings and site visits the visitor partners gained a lot of useful experiences thanks to the deliberated and helpful Serbian organization.
