THE GOOD PRACTICES DATABASE IS ALREADY AVAILABLE!

 
 

The Good Practices Database for measures for women entrepreneurship support is developed following the methodology of WOMEN IN BUSINESS project for analyzing, selecting, describing and evaluating of Good Practices (GPs).

The Database outlines the methodology followed by all PPs for identification, selection and describing of GPs for YWE support in the 9 PPs countries - Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Moldova, Romania and Slovenia. It provides a short description of all 43 GPs for YWE support evaluated by project partners.

PROJECT EVENTS:

 

TRANSNATIONAL EVENTS IN VARNA, BULGARIA

 

 

Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" hosted the 1st Transnational workshop and 5th Transnational Stakeholders Meeting in Varna between 25th-26th of February 2020. The progress in development of the training models was presented by Ass. Prof. Veselina Spasova /VFU/.

Discussion on the content of the training materials was held and final adjustments were made before launching the 1st Pilot Training.

The members of the Advisory Board had a discussion about the recommendations to be included in the Policy Agenda.

The draft of the Policy Agenda was presented by Sandra Weiß-Wallner /IRS/. The events ended with Official Opening of the EWC- Bulgaria which is hosted by Varna Free University. The Pilot Actions were officially launched.

1st Pilot Training Programme

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 1st Entrepreneurship Pilot Training Programme developed under the project was launched.

Only for one month were received 114 applications and 99 of them were finally approved to attend the training programme.

The programme provides:

  • tailored entrepreneurship trainings;
  • webinars and on-line meetngs for mentoring and consulting;
  • access to WOMEN IN BUSINESS learning platorm;
  • membership in WOMEN IN BUSINESS community.

The first on-site meeting was organized in the Women Entrepreneurship Centre - Bulgaria by RAPIV and Varna Free University, where the WOMEN IN BUSINESS platform was presented as well as it was held the 1st workshop "Start-up business planning and business model canvas". In parallel, the first on-site meeting was organized by University of Pannonia in the Women Entrepreneurship Centre - Hungary. The topic of the 1st meeting was "How to start your own business".

In the frame of Covid-19 the project partners managed to adapt to the new situation the sessions of both EWCs with YWEs continued online.

A set of webinars were held on some interesting topics thanks to attendance of the speakers: Ivana Radic, Croatia; Marta Turk, Slovenia; Franci Kotnik, Slovenia; Tanja Rug, Germany. Video recordings of the webinars are available on our youtube channel and “Gallery” section.
