first call: 576 proposals in the 1st step, 91 in the 2nd
The first call for proposals of the Danube Transnational Programme launched in September 2015 has recently concluded the submission period of the 2nd step. 91 proposals, out of the 100 pre-selected for the 2nd step were received by the deadline (9th May 2016). These proposals were selected among the 576 submitted for the 1st step in November 2015.
The proposals are being assessed from an eligibility and quality points of view and a decision about the first DTP projects approved is expected in autumn 2016.
The Danube Transnational Programme organises in 2016 the first edition of a series of thematic events with the aim to be a forum to stimulate discussion on a relevant theme of the programme among experts, project applicants and other stakeholders. Better calls for proposals, projects results and capitalisation opportunities will be fostered by the forum.
In 2016 the thematic annual event, under the title BLUE DANUBE - Danube Transnational Programme: Key instrument for supporting water as a transnational resource, will take place in Bucharest on 29th September.
