    Needs and challenges
(Needs, main problems or challenges to be addressed)

Each of the Lower Danube region countries develops policies on the labor market, but these policies are not sustainable or integrated with each other. This reduces the synergy effect and potential benefits of developing and implementing modern policies with high added value for the region, especially those targeted at vulnerable groups on the labor market.
The capacity of the organisations developing such policies is different and they are not always leading to the expected result and change.
