    Needs and challenges
    (Needs, main problems or challenges to be addressed)

    One of the challenges territorial Danube region is improving the ability of technological transfer and commercialization [TTC] of research results in smart specialization: Mechatronics, Electrotechnical, Automation [MEA]. There is no a common strategy in the field MEA – TTC, there is no a a regional platform in this area to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between partners and beneficiaries, there is no an efficient tool for collaboration the web based to facilitate TTC in the MEA. Commercialization and capitalization of research results in the field of project it is poorly developed. Is necessary a better collaboration in the Quadruple Helix. It's necessary the increase of the level of learning in the MEA-TTC and Intellectual Property. The priority areas RIS 3 for each country have in the component
    MEA. The project is in line with SUERD, the Europe 2020 Strategy and other European and national documents.

    Objectives
    (main and specific objectives to be achieved)

    overall objective
    Strengthening interregional cooperation and increase regional competitiveness in the Danube region through commercialization of research and knowledge transfer in the field of Mechatronic-Electrical Engineering -Automation [MEA]
    Specific objectives:
    1. The development of interactive learning in TTC
    Creating learning centers in the commercialization of research results TTC / MEA in which people age 3rd will be involved in educating the target group - social innovation.
    2. developing a strategy interregional
    Territorial integration of partner regions in the Danube area through the development and implementation of strategic frameworks and common perspectives transnational in MEA.
    The strategy will be based on EUSDR, the Europe 2020 Strategy, RIS3 and other European and national documents
    3. Developing and implementing tools and services TTC / MEA
    Building new structures, tools and services in the transfer of knowledge from partner organizations in the MEA;
    Development policy framework, tools,
