Interreg Reporter

Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) is an initiative of the European Solidarity Corps,

and is recruiting and deploying young volunteers (Interreg Reporters/Interreg Project Partners) to cross-border, transnational or interregional programmes and related projects. The aim is to promote solidarity & regional cooperation in Europe, through disseminating concrete achievements of Interreg programmes and projects.

DTP had the pleasure to host the first ever deployed Interreg Reporter, Manon at the Joint Secretariat - making us the first hosting institution ever at the same time! Since then, we welcomed our second Interreg Reporter, Nóra as well, who is staying here for a period of 6 months. Moreover, we are glad to announce that several of our projects (Excellence in ReSTIEdu-LabSensesAgriGo4Cities and DANUBEparksCONNECTED) will also soon host IVY volunteers!

By hosting Interreg Volunteers, the DTP is creating a best practice worth sharing - we are proud and grateful to be included in President Juncker's State of the European Union 2017 speech! Watch the video for more - you can spot us from 20:20!
